Краткий превентивный экскурс по памяти - есть понятие leak/утечка. Условно говоря, у твоей карты обязаны, для того, чтобы она была легальна и по закону, быть установленные и замурованные какими-либо несквозными текстурами (предназначенными для солид брашей) границы. Если у тебя есть любая дырка в бескрайнюю черноту в твоём редакторе карт, то ты эту черноту закрываешь либо toolsskybox, либо nodraw, либо какой-нибудь стенкой, бетониевым полом или потолком. А ещё нельзя затыкать всё это дело трубами, бочками, ящиками и мусором. Если у тебя модельки торчат за пределы краёв карты, которые ты установил - доставай их оттуда, чтобы у твоей карты ничего в космос не обвисало. Также, замуровывать карту нельзя ничем кроме обычной брашевой геометрии. func_detailы, если их всё ещё так называют, func_brushи, и вообще любые браш-энтити должны находиться внутри.
